Seiryudo is one of the most significant studios in metal craftsmanship. This kettle has silver and gold inlaid wave and bird pattern on the body, and silver inlaid Ginko leaf patterns on the handle. On the shoulder of the kettle, an "erosion" decoration has been cast intentionally to illustrate the concept of wabi-sabi - appreciating the beauty of imperfection.
