Your Experience are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies.
A deposit amounting to the cost of the scheduled Experience will be collected upon booking. For all online reservations, deposit can be paid with Credit Card through online checkout. For all bookings made by phone, your payment information will be collected for deposit processing purpose only. In the condition when you deposit is refunded, the refund will be made through the original method of payment within 7 - 14 business days.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. We reserve the right to charge in full for reservations where the guest has cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment start time.
When you schedule your appointment with us online you are agreeing to these policies. All services booked require a deposit to guarantee the booking. Your deposit will not be refunded if there is a late cancellation or no show, exceptions apply. Upon checkout after your service, you may opt to use another method of payment for the remaining fee and tips. Visa, MasterCard, WeChat, cash or Debit card.
Exceptions of COVID 19
If you travelled outside of Canada or had close contact with someone who recently travelled internationally in the last 2 weeks or if you have fever, cough, trouble breathing or any cold and flu symptoms we ask that you reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling appointment due to the above reasons, your deposit will be fully refunded.
