Refund policy

How do I return something?

Please note that to ensure the best quality of our product, we DO NOT accept any return or exchange for the tea. We do recommend that if you are not sure about the taste you like, you can order a sample of tea to make sure you get what you love. Samples are available for all of our tea products. 

The product you wish to return must be in the original packages and there are no damages on the products. There must be a minimum of 2/3 left for the incense. You can make a return either online or by visiting our store at 420 Howe Street, Vancouver. BC V6C 2X1. Once the product has been received, we will issue your refund to the original payment methods.

In-Store Returns

The fastest, easiest way to return items for an exchange or store credit is by visiting our store at 420 Howe Street, Vancouver V6C 2X1. Just bring in the items with your original receipt and we’ll gladly return for an exchange or provide store credit for eligible items within 30 days.

Online

Can’t make it to a store? You can make it online as well. You can request a return within 15 days purchased and we expect to receive the returned items within 30 days. Please send your item(s) that you wish to return to our store address at 420 Howe Street, Vancouver V6C 2X1. We ask you to ensure that the original or a copy of your receipt is included with your shipment. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend you purchase tracking services for your protection and to also save the shipping receipt for your records. Only items received by our store can be credited.

We do not currently offer online returns on incense, incense burner, and purple clay teapot. If you’re unhappy with your purchase of one of these items, please visit us in-store or email us at info@sunzen.ca.

店内退货请携带您的原始收据和需要退换货的商品,于订单交易后的30天内访问我们的线下店进行退货。

 

线上退货

您可以在购买后的15天内请求退货,并确保我们可以在30天内收到退货。请将需要退换货的商品及收据发回我们的线下店,地址为420 Howe Street,Vancouver V6C 2X1。我们不承担退货运费。我们建议您选择可以在线追踪订单的送货方式,并保存运输收据作为记录。我们只为最终收到的货品提供退货服务
