Standard shipping
Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery.
Note: We do not process orders on Canadian statutory holidays.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
What should I do if my order is wrong, damaged or incomplete?
If there is a problem with your order, you can also reach our Customer Service team by phone at 1-604-265-6677, or by emailing us at info@sunzen.ca, from 11 AM-6 PM PDT, Monday to Saturday. Please note that it may take us longer than usual to reply during especially busy periods.
