陈思达，出生于中国青岛，幼承庭训，钟爱中国传统文化，尤其酷爱绘画。少年时即从师研习，毕业于加拿大最好的艺术学院之一的艾米丽·卡尔艺术设计大学，对艺术的理解融会贯通，对美的捕捉和感受也眼光独具，同时对中国传统文化与西方文化的同与异有了更深刻的理解。

加入SUNZEN后，他与诸多文化名士交流互动，也汲取了更多的营养。他用专业的艺术理念与见解，对中国传统的器具进行了全新的诠释，以敏锐的艺术洞察力解答每一件艺术品背后的内涵。除此之外，他对普洱茶的兴趣以及在此领域的天赋愈发明显，并得到了邓时海、苏荣新等普洱名家的指点与赞扬。
十余年的艺术之路和数年的从业心得，愈加丰富而珍贵，也希望与诸多艺术爱好者共飨！

Learning about tea should be both entertaining and easy to pick up. The class will take Pu'er tea as the main focus, and discuss how tea leaves, geographical location, fermentation and aging affects the variety of tea. Whether it is Pre-fermented Pu'er tea you like, or post-fermented, like choosing  between white and red wine. We will cover how to properly use each teaware to present a perfect and authentic tea ceremony and what food to pair with. In addition, you will be able to taste some best Pu'er tea from different years and, of course, in different price range, and learn a few unconventional tips to help you choose the best-value tea the next time.

Meet the Instructor 

Chen Sida was born in Qingdao, China. He loves traditional Chinese culture as a child and was trained in painting. He studied oil painting at Emily Carr University of Art and Design, one of the best art colleges in Canada. He has a thorough understanding of aesthetics and a unique vision of capturing and feeling beauty. Meanwhile, he has a strong understanding of both traditional Asian culture and Western culture. 

After joining SUNZEN, he employs professional artistic concepts and insights to make a brand-new interpretation of traditional Chinese appliances, and answered the connotation behind each piece of art with keen artistic insight. In addition, his interest in Pu'er tea and his talent in this field have become more and more obvious, and he has received guidance and praise from famous Pu'er tea masters such as Deng Shihai and Su Rongxin.

More than ten years of art experience and several years of professional experience have become more abundant and precious. I also hope to share with many art lovers!
